MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS

Freeman Property Management Group provides clients with dedicated facility managers who are experts in their field. Through our hands-on inspection programs, our managers proactively identify and resolve burgeoning issues before they become major problems. From rooftop to foundation and wall to wall, we manually inspect potential hotspots regularly and keep your fire extinguishers, elevators, and other facility-related OSHA items up-to-date. Exterior grounds maintenance and landscaping services are all part of the package. You’ll never need to worry about the safety or stability of your buildings while they’re in our care.

TENANT RELATIONS

Our property managers know the value of a good tenant, and our goal is to build positive relationships that keep your buildings occupied and your income stream growing. Your tenants can reach out directly to us and know their problem will be resolved. And because we’re responsive to their needs and concerns, you won’t be bothered with trivial details that take your attention away from more important matters like growing your portfolio and enjoying an excellent life.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Freeman Property Management Group acts in a fiduciary capacity on your behalf as the property’s owner. We handle all the financial aspects of your property, including budgeting, rent collection, auditing, and compliance. We also pay the building’s insurance premiums, operating expenses, maintenance contracts, and taxes due. Our comprehensive monthly reporting makes it easy to see exactly how your asset is performing.

MARKETING AND LEASING

When it comes time to find new tenants, your dedicated property manager will professionally market your property across multiple forums, thoroughly screen potential tenants, and negotiate competitive leases that keep your buildings occupied and your income stream flowing.

COMPLIANCE

Freeman Property Management Group will ensure your industrial properties and their tenants remain in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including local building codes, safety regulations, and fair housing and accessibility laws. We also oversee compliance of facility-related contracts and operating agreements, mortgages, tenant leases, parking agreements, and other rules and regulations to which tenants, property managers, and/or building owners are bound.

Daniel Freeman (President)

An expert in Southern California’s Thousand Oaks area, Investment Real Estate Acquisitions and Management Expert Daniel Freeman helps his clients build legacy wealth through the identification, acquisition, and management of untapped commercial and industrial real estate opportunities.

Daniel’s early real estate experience comes from his time with Westcord and Everhome Realty, where he learned the ins and outs of residential and commercial real estate. Having observed various ways commercial—and especially industrial—property ownership could be improved for investors, Daniel dedicates himself to producing reliable, stress-free, and profitable income streams for his clients. He currently manages upward of $50M in assets, showing an average 60% increase in appreciation, with an approximately 80% increase in gross rents since acquisition.

A former health and sports psychology educator, Daniel is a happily married family man who loves nothing more than being a caring father to his two beautiful children. His talented wife, Kara, is an established singer who has performed on television and at notable venues around the world, and she loves performing at local venues in the Conejo Valley. Together, they’re building a life they love.

Paul Levy (Agent)

A 40 year veteran in the recording industry, Paul has unparalleled experience in the aquisition, development and management of media production and post production facilities. Paul is skilled at developing and maintaining proactive relationships with clients, brokers, and lenders.

Paul came here from New York in the early 80’s and developed a recording equipment rental operation that supplied technology and support to all of the movie studios, television and music recording facilities here in Los Angeles, and abroad. His recording gear has been responsible for almost every major feature film done in Hollywood for the last 30 years. An expert in system design, technical support, and back office operations, Paul focused his abilities in order to advance his company to become the premier provider of recording technology in the industry.

A commercial landlord and property manager for the last 20 plus years, Paul has the expertise and knowledge to help make your next project successful.

Happily married to his wife, Holly, Paul is a devoted father to his two girls, Grace and Ava, and loves to do outdoor work on his ranch property.
